The progeny of Lapetus is the human race-- or at least a segment of the human race. The son of Gaia and Uranus, Lapetus grew up in divine royalty and has powers to match. One of those abilities was the creation of the human race. I"m not talking about the whole human race, but he was able to create humans. The humans he created held his original bloodline and were born with magnificent powers. Some of them had psychic abilities. Some were able to traverse time and space. Others had the strength of 100 men. This race of extra-magical beings was known as the Progeny of Lapetus and includes many humans these days that don't really know that they even belong to Progeny because the human mind has become so dull that their magical abilities are hidden. When you wear this piece, your true powers will come forward if you are a member of the Progeny of Lapetus. You will thereby be able to choose three more powers that you would like to possess, which Lapetus will grant for you. If you aren't a member of the Progeny, you will still be granted three powers. All you have to do is meditate with this piece and the powers will come forward.
