This beautiful fish is vintage and mint condition. We placed it on a vintage chain. Sometimes these fish are real gold and painter with beautiful enamel colors. I don’t know if this is gold.
These fish are good luck and come from Asian culture. While I call this a fish specifically it’s a Carp. The Carp for the Chinese is for abundance, luck and wealth but there is more. A Carp can turn into a dragon and give you extreme protection. This one who we call Yu does that. This is a one of a kind. The fish is not that big but he’s big in what he does!
