Well, let's try this again. This website keeps timing out on me every time I try to write something, so this will be brief and to the point. This piece contains 14 (what we call) dragon balls. This piece was made by a Japanese conjurer that we know that specializes in the summoning of arcane entities. Each of these dragon balls will allow you to summon and develop a connection to one dragon. You summon your dragon by type, meaning you will determine what magic you want your dragon to have, and then you will meditate with the piece to let it know. A dragon with corresponding powers will be summoned or you and an imprint of this dragon will be saved in one of the dragon balls. This way, you can conjure the dragon whenever you want to so you are able to use their magic. Again, you can choose any type of dragon to conjured, just be warned this piece doesn't do things like miraculous healing, killing people, granting immortality, etc. In other words nothing crazy that is going to alter the life balance.
