The power of this ladder will allow you to climb, within your mind, into the realm of Heaven. Once there you will be able to sit before the 24 Elders. They have the ability to grant you the white light magic that you desire. You will be able to ask them for the magic you want and they will deliberate. If you are asking for something immense like immorality or the ability to heal everyone on Earth of their maladies, the answer is going to be no. This obviously interferes with God's divine plan for Earth. However, if you ask for something more in line with what we would call "regular" magic, there probably isn't anything that the Elders will say no to.
