For Peter it might have all been a romantic misunderstanding, because he was never the type of person that would want to harm anyone.  Of course, being that Peter was from the normal ranks of society in the 1700s, nothing can be assuredly known about him.  Other than the fact that this item has allowed me to connect with hims psycically, I wouldn't know any more of him than the next person.  Peter was from Serbia, which is right next to Romania.  Anyone who knows anything about the region knows that this is the place that is most famous for vampires, whether the inhabitant be willing or unwilling.

Like most mortals do, Peter died.  It was an untimely death of sorts and Peter would have otherwise had plenty of years left. Apparently he thought the same, and when he meandered off into the realm of the afterlife, he found some type of entity that gave him life in exchange for energy from Peter's soul.  There was one stipulation-- the life was more like walking death, as Peter was transformed not into a human but a vampire-- a sanguine vampire.  Within the next ten weeks, there were 9 incidents of strange deaths in the villages surrounding Peter's grave.

It isn't that Peter wanted to kill people.  Merely, he had a newly found bloodrage that he couldn't satisfy.  He also had new powers that he couldn't control.  He would show up in people's dreams simply by thinking of them.  He showed up in the dreams of his own son and wife wife most frequently, as well as his neighbors and other family members.  One night he showed up in his son's dreams, accidentally using his sons dream to physicaly manifest himself.  He demanded something to eat of his son-- raw meat.  His son got scared, refusing his father anything to eat.  I mean, Peter WAS supposed to be dead.  At this, Peter's bloodrage kicked in and he unfortunately had his son for dinner.  It's cool though, because now his son is a vampire as well.  Peter's wife fled town after Peter showed up one night asking for a pair of shoes.  Really?  Of all things to ask for??  I don't get it, but that's what happened.

Eventually, the army was called in to investigate the goings on.  Peter's body was exhumed.  It was reported that he was breathing.  His eyes were open, he wasn't asleep, but he wasn't awake either.  It was more like he was in a state of deep meditation.  Anyhow, a stake was put through Peter's heart, which drained him of all his blood, after which he was thoroughly dead.  Much toeveryone's relief, the dreams and deaths stopped.

Some time later, Peter's wife regretted ever turning him away.  In fact, she summoned a Romanian witch to help her in re-establishing a connection with Peter.  During their rendezvous, Peter's astral form was transferred into a vessel, which his wife kept.  Using the vessel she could summon Peter with the use of a mirror or looking glass. Through the looking glass, she could see into Peter's realm.  He would give her the powers of a sanguine vampire, and together they lived like this is a quirky type of similarity until she died and was placed into the vessel as well.  Upon her death, his wife was also transformed into a vampire, so that she and her husband could enjoy the afterlife of the undead together, in a realm that was created specifically for them.

The powers from the original vessel has been kept in the Plogojowitz bloodline across the centuries.  Although the vessel has changed, the presence of Peter, his wife, and their secret realm of powers has been preserved.  They have been handed down across generations, transforming their bloodline into one of the most powerful vampire dynasties to have ever existed.  Not all of them were tranformed, but most of them carried the sanguine powers-- whether mortally or as a living vampire in the realm of the living.

Somehow, we got ahold of the Plogojowitz vessel.  It was either luck or destiny.  You can use this piece in conjunction with either a mirror or a looking/scrying glass.  You must be wearing the item when you use it.  When you begin looking into the mirror you will first see your reflection, like normal.  After a while however, you will begin to see a vision of the sanguine vampiric realm where Peter and is wife live. Peter will come to you through the looking glass, along with his wife.  Together they will give you the maximum capacity sanguine vampire powers.

Using this item you will be able to gain full sanguine ability including all psychic power, extra-human strength, full psy-ops abilities including the ability to enter dreams and control other people's minds.  You will gain the ability to astral travel so that you, too, will also be able to travel to vampiric realms to see the powers and magic that is held there.  I'm sure I forgot some of the powers, as there are so many that you will get with this piece.  The best way to find out is to actually use the piece and get the power.  Peter will give you full range of his powers, he's not shy but with that being said, it will take patience and a little bit of time when you first use your piece.  You must fully concentrate on the powers and the mirror you will be using.  This piece is very powerful.  Enjoy.
