The ghost of Pauleen Hougar has been noted to be haunting a home in Rearsburg, PA for the past 40 years. She was killed in what was considered an accident when she slipped and fell in the shower. The home has been sold over 15 times since then because everyone is scared off from the crazy aspects of unexplained phenomena that occurs within the home.
Deedee was called out to investigate a few years ago and then right before the day she was supposed to go to the house, the people called and canceled. She was really busy that it didn't cross her mind again until this past August when she got a call from the new owners pleading for help.
The home held intense feelings of mystery --- Deedee implemented a ritual calling to try and bond with the spirit. She connected with Pauleen and learned that she was not killed by slipping, she was hit over the head and murdered and then placed to look like she had fell and hit her head on the edge of the tub.

Pauleen was able to showcase her murder as means of her riches. She was killed by a "dear friend" who was able to act as if they found her in the shower after coming to check on her since she was very late for a party.
Pauleen was a widow without any children and so no one ever noticed that there were many expensive items missing from her home when the estate was sold off. Pauleen was so estatic that the truth was now known that she told Deedee of a hidden place in her home that housed her most prized jewels. Deedee was told to lift the marble top from the fireplace and she would find a small satchel of jewelry -- the new homeowners were hesitant to mess with the fireplace, but the top lifted off easily, much to everyone's surprise!
The jewels are amazing and Deedee was able to keep most of them, while allowing the homeowners several of the pieces. The information about the murder was given to the police along with descriptions of the items that were stolen by the woman who killed Pauleen.
The police investigated, but soon learned that this woman had already passed away, although the jewelry was recovered through her family -- they were handed down as heirloom items. The jewels are now in a museum that showcases murder mysteries ... the murderers family was in shock, but did later discover a diary that had things that put the puzzle pieces together to make them believe their family member did kill her "friend".
Pauleen's spirit was able to move on from the home and the current homeowners are now living in peace. The jewels that were recovered from the satchel in the fireplace are blessed with abundant prosperity, wealth and blackmail revenge. Pauleen doesn't want anyone else to have to deal with being taken advantage of -- so her spirit is spread throughout these items.
