Inside of this piece has been placed an ancient dragon egg. Of course, this is spiritual energy and the egg is not visible to the human eye. It is incubating and waiting for its master. He will also offer you protection against evil and darkness. The cons? Yeah, we're not seeing any! You will need to wear this piece for no less than 14 to finish incubating your dragon. On the 14th day, you will light a candle and then write down your dragon's name on a piece of paper. He will slowly begin to come forth and reveal himself to you.
