The pearls that the title references aren't actual pearls that can be seen. Rather they are little pearls of wealth power that will be embedded into your life when you wear this piece. These pearls of wealth are given to you by the mermaid that is tethered to this piece. She may or may not communicate with you, as we have seen mixed results when testing this item. One thing is for sure though-- she brings you serious wealth, regardless of whether she is feeling talkative or not!
There is nothing you have to do in order to use this piece, simply wear it and wealth will come to you. If you are trying to communicate with her, she goes by the name Makaba.
